Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we strive to ensure your experience with our flowers meets or exceeds expectations. Requesting a Refund or Replacement
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your arrangement upon receipt, we encourage the recipient to contact us directly within
24 hours of delivery. We will be happy to discuss the issue and offer a replacement when appropriate.Due to the perishable nature of flowers, refund or replacement eligibility depends on timely notification and the condition of the arrangement upon delivery. Proper flower care (e.g., trimming stems, fresh water, avoiding heat/cold exposure) is essential to maintain quality once delivered.
Exclusions
- We do not issue refunds for complaints received more than 24 hours after the time of delivery.
- We do not issue refunds or replacements for flowers that were not properly cared for after delivery.
- We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect delivery information provided by the sender.
- We cannot offer refunds for orders where the recipient refuses delivery or is unavailable to receive it.
Cancellation Policy
