Heartfelt Blooms Co. offers floral arrangements and event flowers, with potential subscription options in the future. All products are handcrafted and designed based on seasonal availability.
We currently offer delivery within a 10-mile radius of Quakertown, Pennsylvania. Delivery is fulfilled via Uber Direct, and customers may select their preferred delivery date and time window during checkout.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient being unavailable or the absence of a secure drop-off location, the arrangement will be returned to Heartfelt Blooms Co. We are not responsible for orders that are refused or not accepted by the recipient. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
If a delivery is claimed to be incomplete, please allow 24–48 hours for our team to investigate and determine the status of the order. Weather conditions or other external factors may occasionally impact our ability to leave arrangements safely outdoors.
We strive to design every arrangement as pictured and described; however, due to seasonal availability and supply fluctuations, substitutions may occasionally be necessary. When this happens, we will ensure that the overall look, style, and value of your arrangement remains intact.
Substitutions are made using flowers of equal or greater value, and we always aim to maintain the color palette and design integrity. Rest assured, any changes are handled thoughtfully to preserve the beauty and intent of your order.
To cancel or modify an order that has not yet been delivered or is not currently en route, please contact us at 215-804-9094 or andriab@heartfeltblooms.com. Requests will be confirmed via email or a returned phone call. Orders that have already been delivered or are on their way cannot be changed or refunded.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their cart before submitting payment. Heartfelt Blooms Co. is not responsible for incorrect quantities or duplicate items due to customer error.
We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you’re not happy with the quality of your arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to discuss our replacement process. Because flowers are perishable, timely communication is essential.
Replacements will not be offered for issues reported more than 24 hours after delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of these terms at the time of purchase.
We accept secure credit card payments through Stripe. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Orders are subject to a 6% sales tax, and delivery fees will apply based on the delivery location and Uber Direct’s pricing model.
We do not offer same-day delivery. Orders placed by 5:00 PM are eligible for next-day delivery. We will make every effort to deliver your flowers during the selected time window, but we cannot guarantee delivery times due to potential delays from weather or third-party fulfillment.
Our arrangements may contain flowers or foliage that can cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. Heartfelt Blooms Co. is not liable for any allergic responses. We recommend recipients handle flowers with care and keep them away from pets and children.
Once delivered, the recipient is responsible for the proper care of their flowers. Factors such as temperature, water changes, and placement can all affect vase life. We cannot guarantee how long arrangements will last once delivered.
